About the role
You are responsible for managing Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) personnel affairs processes and driving NS digitalisation initiatives across the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).
What you will be working on
- Manage comprehensive NSmen personnel affairs processes, encompassing personnel queries, disciplinary proceedings, security clearance assessments, NS IPPT/NS FIT waiver evaluations, award nominations, and mobilisation exercise support
- Lead digitalisation and process automation initiatives
- Work closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Support Total Defence Award Gala Dinner
Challenges
- Managing diverse NS functions across multiple domains
- Implementing SAF-level digitalisation initiatives within RSN context
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Excel)
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
