Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support and Client Service Manager to play a pivotal role in bridging our private wealth Team and our valued clients. This critical position ensures seamless sales operations, provides outstanding post-sales support, and champions client satisfaction to drive retention and growth within the Singapore market. You will be the operational backbone for the private wealth team and the trusted point of contact for key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, and tenders by coordinating inputs and managing timelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle support, responding clients queries from prospects to aid in the sales process, acting as the local client service contact and faciliate the onboarding of new clients.
  • Coordinate and maintain data integrity within the CRM system. Generate accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management.
  • Work closely with our marketing teams to organise sales and marketing events, prepare marketing materials (in both English and Chinese), and prepare weekly and ad-hoc marketing materials to be sent to clients in the region.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required client reporting on a regular basis.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in sales support, client service in financial services industry.
  • Self-starter, and thrives on working as part of a team and willing to take accountability and ownership of tasks and projects.
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and dedication to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of and interest in current economic and financial markets.
  • Strong business focus and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong client orientation and the ability to independently solve complex client problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages relevant is a strong advantage.
