[What the role is]
NAC's Marketing & Audience Development department advocates and amplifies the value and importance of the arts through various marketing communications efforts. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to shape and implement marketing communications strategies and ensure campaign success.[What you will be working on]
- Work with departments within the Council, and with external stakeholders to initiate, implement and manage marketing communications efforts which are aligned with NAC’s mission, vision and strategic thrusts.
- Recommend and optimise media platform selection based on target audience insights
- Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness
[What we are looking for]
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications and campaign management
- Strong strategic thinking and creative ideation skills
- Proven project management capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
