What you'll do:


Social media strategy:

  • Spearhead social media strategy for Klook Singapore's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Blog.

  • Align all content and campaigns with key business objectives to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand tonality and craft compelling copy tailored to each platform, ensuring the brand voice resonates with the target audience and reinforces Klook’s positioning.

  • Create content specifically geared toward new user acquisition, with a strong focus on Gen Z preferences — leveraging trends, memes, and AI trend hopping to stay relevant and drive top of mind recall.

  • Drive cross-channel content creation optimised for search on social and web to acquire high-quality traffic and maximize conversions.


Kreators/KOL strategy

  • Drive paid content partnerships with key media outlets to co-create branded content that fits into the overall strategy.

  • Oversee the KOL and Kreator strategy, partnering with influencers and content creators to drive awareness, generate new users, and support revenue growth across key verticals.

  • Build and nurture an engaged Kreator community, fostering meaningful interactions and creating a loyal base of followers who advocate for the brand.


What you ‘ll need:

  • Min 4-5 years in a similar role, digital content marketing strategy or related fields.

  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.

  • Experience in producing branded content for web and social media that delivers results.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with social media, SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • An extrovert with well-developed interpersonal, team-building and relationship management skills.

  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of photo editing and graphic designing are advantages.

  • Natural creative flair with experience using social tools (Emplifi, Brandwatch), video and photo editing (Canva, Capcut)

  • A motivated go-getter with a passion in social commerce.
