Manager's Assistant Recruitment Notice

II. Job Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in conducting recruitment work, including resume screening, interview arrangement, and following up on the recruitment process to ensure the efficiency and quality of talent acquisition;
- Assist the manager in team management-related affairs, such as organizing team performance data, following up on work progress, and coordinating internal team matters;
- Be responsible for communication and coordination between the manager and internal departments as well as external partners, timely transmitting information and feedbacking needs to ensure the smooth progress of work;
- Handle the manager's daily office work, such as organizing documents and materials, arranging meetings, recording meeting minutes, and following up on pending matters;
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the manager.
III. Job Requirements
- Educational Background: College degree or above; majors in Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, Business English, etc. are preferred;
- Work Experience: Possess more than 2 years of work experience in positions such as Manager's Assistant, Administrative Assistant or related roles; those familiar with office procedures are preferred;
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin , capable of proficiently using both languages for oral communication and written work (such as writing emails, reports, etc.);
- Competencies: Have strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability and execution ability, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Tool Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); those with basic data analysis ability are preferred;
- Professionalism: Be serious and responsible in work, meticulous and rigorous, and have a good sense of confidentiality and team cooperation spirit.
IV. Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000 - 5,000 ; the specific salary will be determined through negotiation based on the candidate's work experience and ability;
