[What you will be working on]
Review procurement proposals and submissions to ensure compliance with finance and procurement guidelines.
Provide guidance and advice on end-to-end procurement process eg. tender evaluation and contract awards.
Manage and coordinate budget proposals, financial submissions and oversee the preparation of periodic reports.
Handle the funds and revenue functions, eg. tracking of budget utilisation for projects and exhibitions.
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve budgetary issues eg. perform budget virements in workday.
Coordinate annual workplan, budgeting exercise and review budget submissions.
Review and enhance administrative processes and workflows where necessary.
[What we are looking for]
Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Procurement;
Meticulous, well-organised and good time management skills;
Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills;
Familiarity with public sector procurement and finance guidelines, having Workday knowledge will be an added advantage.
