Responsibilities:
- Investigate and process of marine insurance claims from first notice to final settlement.
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, 3rd party claimants on claims matters.
- Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of Marine policy documentation.
- Manage Marine policy documentation and related administrative duties.
- Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes. Ability to work as a team collaboratively but yet independent enough to handle day to day operations
