Responsibilities:
- Assist company to manage social media platform
- Manage and create digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms
- Respond to customers’ enquiries/feedback/review on email and social media platforms
- Help manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries
- Follow up with marketing manager for briefs and propositions Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
