Our client seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our tuition centre as an Marketing Administrative Specialist . This role involves handling daily administrative tasks while also supporting the centre’s marketing efforts to enhance student engagement and boost enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
1. Front Desk Management:
- Attend to inquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage student registrations and class schedules.
2. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of students, classes, payments, and attendance.
- Prepare and update monthly reports, including enrollment statistics and fee collection.
3. Logistics Support:
- Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of daily classes.
- Order and manage stock of office supplies and teaching materials.
4. Payment Processing:
- Handle fee collection and provide receipts to parents.
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
5. General Office Support:
- Assist in filing, document preparation, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Marketing Duties
1. Telemarketing
- Pitching to Prospective clients using provided scripts
- Follow up text
1. Digital Marketing:
- Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content.
- Monitor ad respond to comments and inquiries on digital platforms.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan,execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote the center’s programs.
- Create and distribute newsletters and promotional materials to parents and prospects.
3. Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing open houses, workshops, and other marketing events.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including logistics and setup.
4. Brand Development:
- Help maintain the center’s branding and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand customer preferences and competitor strategies. Provide insights to improve program offerings and marketing approaches.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Working Hours
- 6 days per week
- Tuesday to Friday (1-9pm)
- Saturday to Sunday (10am-6pm)
