Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize content, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and follower growth.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to collect data and evaluate performance.
- Conduct competitive and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with content creators and campaign managers to align strategies with data insights.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to refine social strategies.
- Help define benchmarks and goals for social media performance.
- Monitor sentiment and audience feedback to inform brand reputation and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
