Responsibilities:
- UNIVERSE : Continuously build a universe of Information Creative and Marketing candidates and clients
- INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE : Knowing design landscape, creative agencies market, and marketing space.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identifying additional/potential business with existing clients whilst identify and actively develop new clients for your desk.
- REQUIREMENT GATHERING : Perform detailed brief with the client/hiring team to understand the job requirements
- END TO END RECRUITMENT : Owning the desk and perform end to end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up. Deliver consistent and high-quality work throughout the entire recruitment process.
- TALENT SOURCING : Perform market mapping and generate a healthy candidate pipeline. Be dynamic in sourcing strategies and use Boolean searches. Utilize sourcing platforms to post advertisements and attract talent.
- PROJECTS : Deliver to ad hoc project based on business needs.
- EXPERIENCES : Provide great client and candidate engagement. Deliver according to the SLA promised with external stakeholders.
What you have to offer:
- It is mandatory to have experience in marketing And / OR design recruitment/hiring in agency.
- Successfully endorse and hire candidates for various roles including but not limited to:
- Creative director, art director, graphic designers, motion designers
- Ux Lead, Product designers, UI.
- CMO, Head of Marketing, Content Lead, Social media managers.
People first, you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients
- Experience performing different recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, Fill rate, etc)
- Ability to identify and actively develop clients
