Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing and executing the local marketing plan in alignment with global branding and communication strategies.
- Support marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to promote the company’s products, services, and capabilities.
- Coordinate and support corporate events, exhibitions , and customer engagement activities .
- Create, localize, and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, videos , and promotional content in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms in coordination with regional and global teams.
- Draft and disseminate internal communications , including newsletters, announcements, and internal event promotions.
Event Management
- Oversee logistics for internal and external events , including venue booking, vendor management, participant coordination, and on-site execution.
- Prepare event-related marketing materials, including banners, backdrops, giveaways , and event programs.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback analysis to support continuous improvement.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support marketing strategy development.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements as needed.
Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative tasks such as invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense reports .
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for staff and management, including bookings and logistics.
- Act as a liaison for both internal departments and external vendors on administrative matters.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of company policies, procedures , and compliance within the office environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar marketing and/or administrative role .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) or CMS platforms is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
