Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and a flair for creating compelling social media content. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and creative storytelling to drive traffic, engagement, and sales while strengthening our brand presence in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to maximize ROI.
- Manage keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid strategies to drive conversions.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance organic visibility, optimize product pages, and improve site rankings.
2. Social Media Content & Campaigns
- Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta Ads.
- Create engaging posts (reels, carousels, stories) showcasing furniture styling tips, trends, and inspirations.
- Collaborate with influencers, designers, and affiliate partners to amplify reach.
3. Content Creation & Copywriting
- Craft persuasive ad copies, product descriptions, and blog content aligned with brand tone.
- Coordinate with creative teams for high-quality visuals, lifestyle shoots, and product videos.
- Deliver storytelling that connects luxury furniture with aspirational lifestyles.
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Provide insights and reports to guide campaign optimizations and business strategy.
5. E-Commerce & CRM
- Work with the web team to improve product pages, CTAs, and checkout experiences.
- Execute CRM and email marketing flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
- Support retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential buyers.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in SEM/SEO, paid search, and e-commerce advertising.
- Strong social media management skills with a keen eye for design and content trends.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and keyword tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Demonstrated success in running SEM campaigns and growing social media engagement.
- Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce is advantageous.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) preferred.
