We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, from brand campaigns to social media management, events, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Brand Activation
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground, and experiential platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, copywriting, and presentation decks.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with design and content teams on visuals, captions, and campaign roll-outs.
Events & Activations
- Assist in organising and executing events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and media previews.
- Support communications before, during, and after events, including press materials, social updates, and content documentation.
Partnerships & Outreach
- Research and connect with potential collaborators, influencers, and community partners.
- Maintain databases and assist in building strong relationships with media, agencies, and stakeholders.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organised and updated marketing files and trackers.
Preferred Attributes
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (internship experience considered).
- Interest in arts, culture, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
- Strong copywriting skills and visual sensibility.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and email platforms. Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
