We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive who can bring fresh ideas, produce engaging content, and execute campaigns that make our brand stand out in the healthcare space.

This is a Work From Anywhere position, you’ll have the freedom to create and execute, as long as you deliver results.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Production

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form content (videos, reels, photos, graphics) for social media, website, and digital ads.
• Turn dental topics into fun, shareable, and informative posts that connect with patients.
• Manage the full content lifecycle, from idea to filming to publishing.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and appointment bookings.
• Respond to online enquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner.

Patient Engagement & CRM

• Create and manage the monthly patient newsletter.
• Build and maintain patient loyalty through engaging communications, promotions, and educational content.

Competitive Awareness & Campaign Development

• Keep a close eye on competitor activities, industry trends, and social media trends.
• Use insights to propose and execute innovative campaigns that keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with management to align marketing with clinic goals and seasonal promotions.

Initiative & Independence

• Consistently pitch new ideas for content, campaigns, and marketing angles without waiting for instructions.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule to meet deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle industries are a bonus).
• Skilled in photography and videography (DSLR, mirrorless, or high-end smartphone) and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven — thrives without micro-management.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
