Marketing Executive
Location: Somerset
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
( Occasional weekends/retail hours based on event or campaign needs )
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities including print ads, outdoor media, in-store promotions, and event support
- Conceptualise, design, and produce print marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and sales kits
- Coordinate and support commercial and internal company events (approx. 2–3 external and 4–5 internal events per year)
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery
- Support loyalty and membership club initiatives, including setup of sign-up promotions, perks, and engagement activities
- Ensure all promotions are easy to understand and communicate effectively to frontline staff and customers
- Upload and maintain marketing content across internal and external platforms
- Review and proofread marketing materials prior to launch
- Provide general support to the Head of Marketing across campaigns and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing and event coordination
- Background in skincare, wellness, or beauty industry is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
