About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our website revamp, social media management and campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who understands financial products and has a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1) Website Revamp
- Lead the planning and execution of a language refresh for the
- uSMART website to improve clarity and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and designers to ensure content aligns with financial regulations, brand messaging, and a user-friendly tone. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements for navigation, copy, visuals, and overall language style.
2) Social Media Management
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across uSMART’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin).
- Develop engaging posts to promote key offerings, such as Regular Savings Plans (RSPs), zero-commission trading, and exclusive promotions. Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to enhance content strategy.

3) Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital ads, influencer collaborations, and giveaways.
- Help track campaign performance, gather data, and generate reports on key metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand objectives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 - 6 months.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
