About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our brand’s social media presence, public relations strategies, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce operations. This role requires a creative strategist with strong leadership skills, capable of driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing online sales.
Key Responsibilites
Social Media and Community Management
- Lead social media strategy, content creation, posting schedules & community engagement
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and media outreach to build brand reputation
- Manage influencer partnerships & collaborations
Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing for better ROI.
E-commerce Management
- Oversee all brand official stores, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing management with exposure to social media, PR, and e-commerce.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics software.
