Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across Google SEM, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other online platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored for the aesthetics and trichology industry.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Oversee branding, promotional content, and customer engagement across digital channels.
Requirements
- No formal Education required or Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3–5 years) in digital marketing with strong knowledge of SEM, Facebook/Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
- Industry experience in aesthetics, trichology, beauty, or wellness is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent people management skills with experience leading and motivating a marketing team.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives end-to-end.
