Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for Stellar Experience businesses. The role also encompasses administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of marketing activities, including short-term lease fairs, in alignment with corporate objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to enhance brand visibility and sales, elevate retail experiences, and transform MRT stations into vibrant community destinations through impactful marketing initiatives. By providing essential administrative and event support, the Marketing Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of these initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management
- Support and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote subsidiary brand, initiatives, products, and services.
- Conduct basic SEO keyword research and support on-page optimisation efforts.
- Attain key performance indicators, including improving leads and conversion.
- Manage and improve Google Business ratings to enhance online visibility and customer trust.
Campaign Support
- Support the planning and execution of B2C and B2B campaigns to drive consumer engagement and client visibility.
- Support content preparation and scheduling for digital channels, including social media, eDMs, and websites.
- Liaise with clients to collect campaign assets according to timelines and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating email distribution lists in coordination with the Sales and Lease Management teams.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Preparation of Materials for Sales and Business Development
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales kits to support business development and outreach initiatives.
- Support any other ad hoc requests and tasks as assigned to ensure smooth departmental operations and alignment with business needs.
Event Management Support
- Provide on-ground event support, including vendor coordination, event set-up, and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of events
- Assist in post-event follow-ups and reporting for event documentation.
- Facilitate and seek necessary approvals from internal and external stakeholders for event activations and filming requests.
- Prepare and submit required risk assessment documentation for planned activities.
Marketing Support
- Provide marketing support for short-term lease fairs, including coordination with relevant teams for event materials, publicity, and on-site marketing needs.
- Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives as required to support brand and sales growth objectives.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organised filing of supporting documents for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and assist with stakeholder coordination.
Procurement and Finance Support
- Manage procurement processes, including PR/PO submissions, invoice processing, and vendor liaison.
- Track budget utilisation to support accurate monitoring of marketing spend.
- Liaise with Finance on claims, payments, and reconciliations for marketing-related expenses.
- Support any other ad hoc requests and tasks as assigned to ensure smooth departmental operations and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing, retail, or campaign management experience are preferred.
