Our client is a Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing & Partnership Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather insights on consumer preferences, behaviours, and regional trends.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing initiatives from planning through to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional strategies and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and frontline operations, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with creative teams or agencies to develop promotional content and marketing visuals, based on campaign requirements.
- Draft and refine bilingual marketing materials in both English and Hindi, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Engage with regional stakeholders (e.g. financial institutions, travel-related platforms, digital payment providers) to increase brand presence and attract customer traffic.
- Actively explore and approach potential partners to identify collaboration opportunities that drive engagement and business growth.
- Analyse marketing outcomes using performance metrics, and prepare summary reports for internal review and decision-making.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenses, contracts, and related documentation to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support marketing operations and departmental needs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications studies, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas would be advantageous .
