Job Requirements:
- University degree with at least honours degree in the relevant subject area
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience; prior experience with international curricula is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the GCE O-Level/SEC Math syllabus.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Passion for education with a high sense of responsibility and patience.
- Ability to inspire students' interest in learning and create a strong affinity with the students. High level of professional integrity and good work ethic
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and development of lesson resources and materials
- Develop and deliver math materialstailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives.
- Effectively manage and motivate students to their full potential.
- Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses.
- Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Provide opportunities for students to get help and ask questions, such as reasonable office hours or availability for support.
- Participate and perform other duties as assigned by the organization.
