Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site work for M&E systems, focusing on:
- Security systems (CCTV, door access, alarm)
- ELV systems, PA systems
- Structured cabling (fiber optics, network cabling, server racks, network infrastructure)
- Lead and manage subcontractors and in-house technicians to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Oversee defect rectification and ensure high-quality resolutions
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, site photos, and survey logs
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations (certification required)
- Minimize material and equipment wastage through proper planning and supervision
- Ensure smooth project handover to the client upon completion
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems (CCTV, access control, PA, cabling)
- Proven leadership, risk management, and project coordination skills
- Experience with Changi Airport Group (CAG) projects will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
