Responsibilities-
Proactively schedule and carry out equipment upkeep and to facilitate collaboration between different staff members to ensure seamless operations
Implementation and collection of data on equipment performance and costs. In charge of developing and executing data-driven strategic plans to enhance efficiency and operations
Responsible for the accurate maintenance and updating of all technical documentation, such as drawings, calculations, and reports. This role also involves the controlled distribution and collection of these records and data
To collaborate with construction crews, clients and subcontractors and related parties to ensure that daily operations are run smoothly for involved construction project
Handle additional duties as required
Requirements-
Candidates should have a degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent or related qualification
Articulate and adept at conveying information clearly, both in writing and in person
Driven team player who is also capable and excels in individual working environments and able to manage time efficiently
