- Monitor and track daily site activities related to HVAC/ACMV installations and compile comprehensive weekly progress reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all technical documents and drawings for client review and approval.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, and engineering) and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of HVAC/ACMV scope in line with project milestones.
- Provide technical support during site inspections, testing & commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to local regulations and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related engineering issues through collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage and document any variations or additional work beyond the original scope.
- Support the Project Manager and site team to ensure overall project success and client satisfaction.
