Job Description
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the product parts.
- Operate milling CNC machine (Mazak & DMG Mori) to produce part and components according to drawing & specialization.
- To ensure proper 5S always housekeeping practices.
- Perform routine calibrations and maintenance on equipment, and general housekeeping of work areas.
- Troubleshoot processes and production equipment to produce finished products to specifications.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraint (rotating shift require if necessary).
- Ability to perform rotating and weekends shift work at moment’s notice. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering background
- Higher NITEC in Precision Machining or at least 3-4 years’ experience of operating of CNC milling machine
- Familiar with CNC G-Code, Mazatrol control
- Interpretation of 2D technical manufacturing drawing
- Understand of dimensional Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
- Experience with CAD or CAM software (preferably Siemens NX)
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection methods
