Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in accident reporting and claim submissions via systems such as GEARS, Audatex, and Merimen.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the claims and repair process.
- Perform vehicle check-in, assess damages, and provide repair cost estimates to customers.
- Liaise with insurance companies to handle and follow up on motor insurance claims efficiently.
- Submit accident and claims reports promptly through GEARS, Audatex, and Merimen platforms.
- Manage the full claims process proactively to ensure timely processing and proper documentation.
- Educate customers on insurance claim types (Own Damage, Third Party) and help assess liability.
- Represent and negotiate on behalf of customers with insurers regarding coverage and repair costs.
- Handle paperwork, invoicing, and coordinate with customers and insurers for claim settlements.
- Work closely with insurance surveyors to inspect damaged vehicles and agree on repair estimates.
- Coordinate repair work with mechanics and manage spare part ordering with supervisor
- Perform quality control checks on repaired vehicles before returning them to customers.
- Finalize repair costs in collaboration with surveyors and ensure accurate billing. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
