Responsibilities:
- Field engineer Tier 1.5 network support
- Perform administration and support activities
- Network installation / configuration
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Participate in on call process as required
Job Requirements:
- Working experience with switches, routers, firewall
- Knowledge on TCP/ IP, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switches
- Knowledge with Wireless Network & Wireless Security
- Experience with Network monitoring tools
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and minimum with CCNA certification or equivalent
- Good Knowledge: Domain environment & MS Exchange (Microsoft certification) / Networking (Routing and Switching) / Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities, good problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills
