We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to support and optimize our cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS networking, with a solid grasp of ITIL practices. You’ll help ensure secure, reliable connectivity across our hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
- Configure and monitor AWS networking (VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
- Handle network incidents and requests in line with ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or networking are a plus.
