Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the NPI program strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for new products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
- Supplier and Partner Management: Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to optimize the supply chain.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KP|s) to measure the success of NPI projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NPI process.
- On-Time Delivery (OTD): Tracks and ensure the percentage of projects delivered on or before the scheduled date per management target. First Pass Yield (FPY): Ensure to meet/ exceed the target set by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be from a Tier 1 EMS Company
- At least 5 years of Lead experience in handling global OEM customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects (Minimally 20 to 30)
- Leadership experience (Minimally overseeing 10 people)
