Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Order Packer to join our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for deliveries and pick up in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items for online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and delivery.
- Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Label and prepare orders for shipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Meet or exceed daily packing quotas and performance standards.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order issues or inventory discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move cartons
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
Working Days:
- Friday to Wednesday Half Day
