Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients and carriers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
Operations Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end freight forwarding processes, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions for reporting and auditing purposes.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide clients with regular updates on shipment status.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales and operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in freight management software and MS Office suite.

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
