Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in need
- Locate teachers, classrooms, or parents as required
- Escort students for medical treatment when necessary
- Retrieve items from classrooms after school hours when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the General Office, classrooms, and special rooms
- Disinfect rooms as needed
- Assist in logistics for school events and functions (e.g., preparation of rooms,shifting furniture)
- Support delivery and distribution of materials to classrooms
- Disinfect furniture and equipment during emergencies or pandemics
- Comply with cleaning schedules and standards set by the school
- Escort contractors when required
- Perform gate duties during student arrival and dismissal, and manage traffic when necessary
- Dispatch mail, school notices, and students' items
- Assist in packing materials or items for school use
- Any other tasks as assigned by School Leaders, Operations Managers (OM), or Admin Manager (AM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a local primary school environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
