Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
Operational & Resource Management
- Manage end-to-end resource processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, and headcount tracking and reporting, including system access.
- Work closely with hiring and line managers to coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and perform the Division Admin role in the Workday system by creating contingent worker profiles and updating resource details as required.
- Track and report on contingent worker contracts, including renewals and extensions for LAN ID, PPM, and access cards.
- Maintain accurate records of permanent, temporary, and vendor resources across GIPS departments, including budget allocations.
- Support Headcount / FTE / Professional Services / rental and department-related budgeting activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate monthly, ad hoc, and status reports related to headcount, budgets, people movement, onboarding/offboarding, and other operational activities.
- Support reporting and analytics deliverables related to resources.
- Comfortable generating reports across platforms such as PPM, JIRA, Qlik, and others.
- Manage PPM data and reporting activities.
Audit & Compliance Support
- Support audit-related requests and queries by providing timely and accurate deliverables related to permanent, temporary, and vendor resources, department organizational charts, and more.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Continuously review and enhance onboarding/offboarding processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance functionality.
- Ensure that process flows, forms, guides, and procedures are well-organized, regularly updated, and properly maintained on SharePoint or shared folders.
Facilities & Office Logistics
- Oversee floor logistics and maintain seating plans for GIPS-occupied floors and manage associated rental budgets.
Engagement & Transformation Support
· Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, activities and departmental events, including training sessions, workshops, town halls, offsite meetings, and special projects or assignments
- Support transformation initiatives and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
· At least 3-6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

· Experienced in SharePoint page design and workflow creation

Responsibilities
Corporate Tooling team in GMET Shared Platforms is responsible for process automation, re-engineering to simplify complex processes and work on solutions critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of our banking. As a Senior Developer in the for Internal project, you will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, documenting, designing, and implementing the solution.
• Implementing Python based full stack application instances; analyse the impact on current/new system, research problems and design and implement optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure application solution delivered comply with established enterprise application, security and control standards, design principles and guidelines.
• Follow all the Change Management and Engineering Review processes. Ensure changes are completed according to the project and/or release schedule.
• Develop and maintain documentation which will include but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures and System Architecture Guides and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards.
• Ensure that the systems built conform to the requirements, principles and models that support the solution architecture overall roadmap.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal teams on technical delivery and system maintenance.
• Enforce technical quality in all aspects of project delivery, with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, CI/CD DevOps Practices, Test Driven Development, while adhering to SDM guidelines.
Requirements:
· At least 6 years of experience in technical hands-on experience on development and implementation
· A bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field with strong education in web technologies.
· Experience in supporting implementing large-scale, highly available applications or large project implementation.
· Strong experience with Python based backend and high-end frontend frameworks.
· Experience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Solid experience in solutioning and system design
· Experience in designing and implementing integration with MQ, microservices and high-volume batch processing.
· Strong experience in unit testing concepts and implementation for python & JavaScript components
· Solid experience in object-oriented design techniques, UML, and object modelling
· Experience with a variety of source control and development tools.
· Experience with Dev-Ops concepts, practice, and tools.
Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills) with a history of driving the development of large software components.
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
· Frontend development: Vue/Nuxt3, CSS (SCSS).
· Backend development: Python/Django/REST API Frameworks.
· OS skills: Linux/Unix with Shell Scripting.
