Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Operational Execution and Excellence: Collaborate with our operations team to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) priorities. Gain insights into operations management using daily management systems and standard work.
New Product/Process Introduction: Partner with our engineers to industrialize new repair processes and establish standard work for operational execution to ensure fulfilment of technical and operational requirements. Gain exposure to repair technology and develop depth of technical knowledge in gas turbine component repair processes.
Operations and Process Problem Solving: Collaborate with different functional teams to run observations, experiments and analyse data/results to determine root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions. Be exposed to the use of quality tools and structured techniques to problem solving.
Lean and Continuous Improvement: Identify wastes and drive their reduction/elimination in SQDC. Gain exposure to lean tools and as well as opportunities for hands on kaizen through lean activities and events

Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
Competent with MS Office applications
