1. Plant Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the processing plant, ensuring optimal production output, quality control, and safety compliances.
- Managing & coordinate various department (Maintenance, Safety, QA/QC) to ensure smooth operation.
2. Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials while optimizing transportation costs and schedules.
- Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain a streamlined supply chain.
3. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
- Champion safety culture across all operational areas.
- Ensure all operations comply with company HSE policy and local regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and develop preventive measures.
4. Leadership & People Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, operators, and logistics staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with management to drive strategic initiatives and investments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in chemical plant operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership in HSE practices and compliance.
- Excellent communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, process control systems, and continuous improvement tools.
