- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement construction processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with procurement teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, communicating project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Participate in the preparation, review and submission of tender documents, including pricing, technical submissions, and scope clarifications.
