Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery plant operations to ensure efficient production, on-time delivery, and minimal downtime.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demand and optimize output.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance in line with HACCP, GMP, and company standards.
- Lead and manage production staff , including training, performance reviews, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and packaging , coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and workplace safety , conducting regular inspections and safety briefings.
- Track and manage production KPIs (efficiency, waste, downtime) to control costs and improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and adopt best industry practices.
