What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians
- Plan and assign technicians for tyre servicing at customer sites
- Attend to customer requests at our indoor workshop
- Respond to walk-in and phone enquiries, providing service advice and assistance
- Act as the go-between for customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and smooth operations
- Handle basic admin tasks, updating service records, managing stock levels, and ensuring tools/equipment are maintained
- Organise weekly duty rosters, including planning for night standby coverage
- Take part in the night standby rotation for emergency service support
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with experience supervising ground staff or technicians in an automotive or similar workshop environment
- Strong background in managing manpower deployment, especially drivers or crew members
- Able to think quickly and solve problems on the ground
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced setting
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members and clients)
