- Hunt for new office customers through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our coffee machines and solutions to decision-makers (office managers, HR, purchasers, facility managers)
- Understand client needs and recommend the best machine packages, service plans, and beverage options
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Work closely with business principal and service team to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support
