Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor outlet sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets for beauty and TCM wellness services and products.
- Daily operations of outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage costs, and budgets to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,and regulatory requirements, especially related to beauty and TCM wellness practices.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance the brand image and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/operations management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and TCM wellness concepts.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin proficient with computers preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
