Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of financial planning documents
- Support daily administrative tasks and general office operations
- Perform documentation checks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Manage appointment scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: A Levels & Local Polytechnic Diploma holder.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
