Responsibilities:-
- Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.
- Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.
- Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieving sales targets.
- Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.
- Coordinates, liaises, and assists customers on service-after-sales (repair).
- Perform other work related duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:-
- Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
