Part-Time English, Math, and Science Teacher
Job Scope:
- Conduct engaging and effective lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science for primary and/or secondary school students (international school syllabus).
- Prepare and deliver lesson materials based on students’ levels and learning goals.
- Provide regular feedback on students’ progress and performance.
- Mark and review homework and mock tests.
- Customize teaching approaches for students with different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Maintain clear communication with parents, where necessary, through feedback or short summaries.
- Attend occasional teacher briefings, training, and curriculum reviews.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience, preferably with international school.
- Strong command of spoken Mandarin .
- Able to teach at least two out of three subjects confidently (English, Math, Science).
- Familiarity with PYP/MYP/IB, IGCSE is a plus.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Friendly, engaging, and patient with students.
- Able to commit 4-8pm on Mon - Fri / either one weekend at 9am-1pm / 2-6pm, total of 24 hours per week.
