Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Parts Executive to manage the ordering and inventory control of Stock parts and accessories. The role includes handling purchase orders, maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting bi-annual stock checks, and ensuring timely and accurate ML (Monthly Logistics) reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end ordering process for Stock parts and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Perform physical stock checks and reconciliation every six months.
- Generate and submit accurate ML reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on lead times, order statuses, and part availability.
- Maintain and update parts database and documentation for audit and traceability.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and recommend disposal or clearance actions. Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive parts or inventory management.
- Familiarity with parts ordering systems and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Must possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
