As a Deal Governance Associate in the Payments Pricing and Governance Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting deal governance and sales pipeline activities for APAC Payments Sales. You will work closely with various teams to prepare for deal reviews, manage business controls, and create KPIs for deal governance. Your responsibilities include automating processes, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with leadership to address control gaps.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing Payments deal governance and sales pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Pricing teams on strategic payments deals.
- Partner with Deal teams to prepare for Committee reviews.
- Manage business controls processes to support sales.
- Create and track KPIs for Deal Governance.
- Work on integration workstreams for Payments Governance.
- Partner with the controls organization to drive enhancements.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 4 or more years of relevant experience
- Comfort with financial calculations and pricing concepts.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint/PitchPro, Excel, Word, Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong judgment, professional maturity, and personal integrity.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in deal governance or financial services.
- Ability to build solutions to automate and improve tools.
