Customer Support:
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards to tenants and prospective tenants.
- Coordinate tenants' moving in and out procedures.
- Handle communications with tenants throughout their tenancies.
- Manage feedback and dispute resolution.
- Correspond with condominium management teams.
Operational Management:
- Maintain communications with service providers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Oversee the digital lock system for tenants and service providers.
- Manage and track schedules for aircon servicing and weekly housekeeping.
- Coordinate repairs and address any maintenance issues.
- Collate purchase of unit supplies required for service providers.
Administrative Support:
- Screen tenants on Singapore government web portals.
- Maintain records and keep track of tenants' passport and pass expiry dates.
- Maintain records of tenants' contact details and all documents pertaining to their tenancies.
- Regularly report to the Company on matters relevant to tenants, lease expiries, and renewals.
- Consolidate monthly rent and additional charges for invoicing.
- Consolidate monthly payments due to service providers.
- Manage inventory lists for new unit setups.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing digital systems and administrative records.
- Experience in customer support or property management is a plus.
