The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
Responsibility:
- Utilising a range of software tools, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation programs, to create reports and support special initiatives.
- Accurately managing corporate documentation, records, and reports, while efficiently organizing and maintaining digital filing systems.
- Assisting with fundamental accounting tasks and basic book keeping duties.
- Handling scheduling responsibilities for senior executives by coordinating calendars, managing correspondence, and organising internal and external meetings.
- Managing event logistics by sourcing and securing venues for both corporate and personal functions.
- Maintaining well-organised professional and personal files, contacts, records, and reports on behalf of senior leadership.

Role Requirements:
We're Looking For:
- A driven individual with a GCE 'A' Level Certificate, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.
Eligibility:
- Open to Singapore Citizens who are eager to grow and contribute.
Work Hours:
- Enjoy a balanced full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
