Overview:
This role is a direct extension of the founder. You’ll act as a strategic gatekeeper, organizational partner, and operational right-hand. Expect high standards, tight execution, and constant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meeting prep, and travel logistics
- Prioritize and filter incoming requests (email, WhatsApp, team messages)
- Coordinate with internal leads (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure tasks are executed
- Prepare agendas, follow-ups, and action summaries for meetings
- Support with research, recruitment, and special projects Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and proactivity at all times
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management ability
- Self-starter with high accountability and responsiveness Preferably based in Singapore (hybrid or on-site possible)
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced creative environments
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Suite
