Pest Control Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our team of pest control technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and providing hands-on training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily work of pest control technicians
- Ensure all services are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve complex service issues
- Train and mentor technicians on safety protocols, proper application techniques, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of services, inventory, and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pest control, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- ITE-NEA Certificate in Pest Management (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently and leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of pest control practices, equipment, and safety standards
